Mission & Principles

Port Counseling Center, Inc. shall serve as a not-for-profit agency providing information and education regarding drug abuse and addiction; to stimulate community concern about drug addiction; to further research; to provide counseling service to all within its bounds who are in need of help, guidance or some form of care; to provide a place or places where such persons may receive opportunities for personal counseling, and self-help activities.
