Port Counseling Center is committed to protecting the privacy of all visitors to our website. We use no cookies to identify any visiting computer and we only collect information that you voluntarily submit using one of our online forms. You are under no obligation to include information on a form that you are uncomfortable sharing, but please be assured that whatever information you submit will be treated with the utmost respect and exclusively by bona fide staff members of Port Counseling Center. Under no cirsumstances will we share your information with anyone outside Port Counseling Center without your expressed permission. The confidentiality of clients of Port Counseling Center is protected by Federal Confidentiality Law CFR Part 2 and the new Federal Privacy Legislation called HIPAA(Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) which has been created as a response to the electronic transfer of health information and the concern over the comcomitant loss of privacy, and security of all health information.
