SUBSTANCE ABUSE COUNSELOR - BILINGUAL

Carlos Buitrago, CASAC joined the staff of Port Counseling Center, Inc. as a bi-lingual counselor in 2008 and has been in the field since 1986. Mr. Buitrago obtained his substance abuse treatment training at the Outreach Training Institute in Queens, holds a Masters Degree in Public Health Management from the CES University in Medellin Colombia and a Bachelors Degree in Psychology from Javeriana Univesity in Bogota, Colombia.
