CLINICAL SUPERVISOR

Fran Gross, LCSW, CASAC has been a social worker for 20 years and worked in substance abuse for the past 19 years. Fran graduated with her BS in Psychology from SUNY Binghamton and holds a Masters Degree in Social Work from Adelphi University. She started her career in Chemical Dependency by taking a job at the Long Beach Methadone clinic. She then went to work for Apple Inc, an inpatient therapeutic community. Fran worked in inpatient services, outpatient services and quality management services while at Apple. She directed two outpatient programs and assisted in the running of two additional outpatient programs. In 2000 she came to Port Counseling as their Clinical Supervisor. Fran is a Certified Alcohol & Substance Abuse Counselor (CASAC) as well.
