Salvatore R. Zimbardi,CFP,CSA, is Principal of Zimbardi Financial Group, a financial services firm with offices at 223 Main Street, Port Washington, NY. Sal is a graduate of C.W. Post College, 1963, B.S. degree in accounting. He established his accounting and tax practice in 1970 and earned Certified Financial Planner designation from Adelphi University in 1988 and is a Certified Senior Advisor.

Sal is a long time resident of Port Washington where he resides with his wife Fran. Sal and Fran have three grown children and one granddaughter.

Sal is an active member of various service organizations in Port Washington including the Port Washington Fire Department where he served as Captain and a member of the Board of Directors, Port Washington Lions Club; Treasurer and member of the Board of Directors, Port Counseling Center Inc.; Treasurer and member of the Board of Directors, Port Washington Senior Citizens, Inc. Sal was Treasurer of the Board of Port Counseling from 2002 to 2010.
